My friend linked me to this band called “We Stole The Kids”. I watched their debut music video “Find Me There” and I instantly fell in love. This band is awesome! You guys HAVE to check out this video & download the song. I can’t wait to hear more from them. Who are they? Well this is what I got from their Facebook page:

“We Stole The Kids is a group comprised of musicians from New York and it’s surrounding areas, all on the cutting edge of the hippest part of today’s music scene. Their songs meld styles that are current and contemporary into an explosive sound that is not only of this moment, it’s a few beats ahead.

WSTK was formed by young artists whose age and experience are disproportionate to one another, eac…h one having large achievements to their individual credit. In prior incarnations, they have performed at the historic Apollo Theater, the Bamboozle festival and Bombfest. By combining the entrancing vocals of Megan Vice, rap and hip-hop from August Coupe, the rock prowess of members Ziya Smallens & Eric Sherman, and futuristic production and keyboard sounds by Scott Mics, WSTK have been able to achieve something totally unique in the current pop climate, but also fits comfortably into many genres. As evidenced on their dance-pop and dubstep influenced single “Find Me There,” this is not a band afraid to make a hit. One can expect many more in their future.”

Introducing new music to you by way of Chicago; presented by my good friend, Donnie Marcos.

I bring to you the hip hop duo “FireSquad,” hailing from the south side of Chitown.

FireSquad’s versatility and creative capability of delivering a wide range of music and subject matter is something that I see bringing great success their way in the near future. Here are a few songs off their debut mixtape, titled “R.C.M.” The duo is expected to release a new compilation and EP later this year or 1st qt of next 2012.

Now I’ll admit, waiting up to 10 – 15 emails regarding Vibrantdoll music is a daunting task to think of, and with the average song being 3:30 seconds long, listening to music as a JOB can get a bit tiring.. So songs that don’t catch my ear in the first couple of seconds get AXED (from ME anyways) lol. However the song ‘Lift Off’ by the Texas native Shun Ward. Check out the YouTube clip below.

I discovered Pien Feith while browsing Bandcamp one day. I fell in love with her sound when I listened to her song “Dance On Time”. Pien is very Adele like, but of her own style. Maybe I’m only relating them because they both have an accent? (Lol) but nonetheless, great music. This Amsterdam based singer is one of a kind. Her debut album “Dance On Me” is out now. Music artist, Producer & Director…… his name is Mike Jaggerr. His music? Amazing. His production? Sick. I am in love with this guy. I downloaded his mixtape 3 or so weeks ago (thanks to @NessaLovesMUSIC) and I swear I listen to it almost everyday. Frank Ocean, yeah I love him – but Mike Jaggerr is so much cooler. I’m surprised more people aren’t hip to him! The other day I was driving and of course, bumping Jaggerr’s “The Eleventh Hour” mixtape and my brother was like “ummmm WHO is this and WHY haven’t you told me about him?!?!” Yes! He is that dope!

His mixtape “The Eleventh Hour” is composed of 18 songs that you will probably listen to non-stop! The beats are sooo crazzzzzy. You’ll love it! Here are a few of my favorites:
