Introducing Laws, an up and coming rapper from Central Florida. This past Tuesday (July 20, 2010) on DJBooth.net, Laws released his third mixtape 5:01 Overtime. 5:01 Overtime is a DJ-free re-release of his second mixtape 4:57. It features 4 additional tracks and features production by 9th Wonder, the J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League and M-Phazes.
I love all of the tracks on the mixtape, especially Vintage Futuristic 2! Some of his songs are hip-hop inspired but others are pop and techno inspired. Its different but good.
